Rogue first began studying American Sign Language at Durham Deaf Services January 2012. After a ten week program she volunteered for DDS’s March Break program and applied to George Brown College for their American Sign Language and Deaf Studies program. She made the Dean’s List and graduated the ADSP program April 2013. Having been accepted into the ASL-English Interpreter program she continued her studies and graduated in 2016 receiving her Advanced Diploma in interpretation.
